Letter of Commitment
The Training Organization is to abide by all the requirements of the applicable SENSE Standards while operating as a SENSE Training Organization in addition to the below policy.
Protection of Exam Integrity
The exams provided are solely for use in obtaining assessment scores in support of the AWS SENSE program and should not be reproduced or distributed for other purposes, including practice assignments. No portion of this program may be reproduced, used to create derivative products, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form, including mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise.
As a committed SENSE Training Organization, I acknowledge the importance of maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. By adhering to these principles, we ensure that student academic achievements are a true reflection of their individual efforts and knowledge.
I hereby pledge to uphold the integrity of all examinations by adhering to the following principles:

1. Confidentiality: I will not disclose or discuss any examination content with anyone.

Honesty: These exams are solely for use in obtaining assessment scores in support of the AWS SENSE program and should not be reproduced or distributed for other purposes, including practice assignments. Exams will be completed by students without unauthorized assistance, using only the materials and resources that have been explicitly approved by the program.

3. Compliance: I will comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by the institution and examination authorities, including any specific instructions provided for each exam.

4. Reporting: I will comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by the institution and examination authorities, including any specific instructions provided for each exam.

5. Consequences: I understand that any violation of this commitment may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to, disqualification from the SENSE program and other actions deemed appropriate by the institution.
As a designated SENSE Program Representative, I agree to work with the American Welding Society to formulate a Quality Assurance Manua and abide by its provisions.
Should a conflict develop that cannot be resolved by the Welding Instructor and the Program Administrator with the conflicting party, the Welding Instructor or Program Administrator is directed to refer the problem to SENSE Program Manager and AWS will decide the issue in accordance with the current policy.

SENSE Level
SENSE Level I
Price: $600
An individual employed in this position is considered to possess a prerequisite amount of knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits required to perform routine, predictable, repetitive, and procedural tasks involving motor skills, and limited theoretical knowledge while working under close supervision. This level covers the four welding processes of SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW.
SENSE Level II
Price: $700
An individual employed in this position is considered to possess a prerequisite amount of knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits required to perform proceduralized tasks under general supervision, and complex tasks involving the use of theoretical knowledge and motor skills under close supervision. This level covers the four welding processes of SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW on both plate and pipe, as well as plate and pipe for Welding Fabrication.
